Craig Heber
Founder/Chairman of the Board

Craig has been in the janitorial business since 1975. Prior to incorporating in 1985, Craig successfully began and ran CMS Facilities Maintenance as a small proprietorship into the corporation that it is today by offering personalized and caring attention to detail. CMS was originally founded in Las Vegas, Nevada while Craig was attending UNLV and expanded to Colorado in 1982. To serve and to accommodate the unique and specific needs of the Nevada Gaming Community, Craig incorporated the entirely separate company of Legacy Environmental Concepts, Inc., in the State of Nevada, on May 5, 2007.

Craig has hands on experience in all aspects of the Company's business and provides motivational and ethical training to all employees. Craig's field experience provides clients with an assurance that follow-up and follow through are not just talk.

Prior to formally starting and working in his own companies, Craig gained valuable experience by working for Capital Janitorial Services, a company started by his father and still in existence today.

Craig attended UNLV and UNR on football scholarships and graduated August 1977, with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.

Craig enjoys spending time with his children and family and attending his church. He is a devoted Christian who believes that these values are values that his company should follow on a daily basis. Craig also enjoys helping others in need and feels that every employee from a janitor to our executive management team is an intricate part of making CMS and Legacy as successful as it is today.
