Norma Jean Dove-Carr

Norma Jean Dove-Carr has over 30 years' experience in the janitorial and related services industries. She has excelled in Executive Management positions responsible for P&L, Sales & Marketing, Public and Industrial Relations. She is an innovative, competent creative problem solver with a diverse professional background.

Prior to joining CMS/Legacy, Norma Jean was with Merchants Building Maintenance, and served as Regional Vice President for Ogden Allied and with Global companies ABM and Johnson Controls.

Her responsibilities included P&L with over 300 contracts and more than 3,900 indirect employees operating engineering, security, janitorial, landscape, food service and total facility management service. Norma Jean has marketed facilities management to Fortune 100 companies, CEO's and senior management teams. She has conducted site analysis, costing services and prepared comprehensive proposals up to the $10 million range.

Her recent career highlights include a $5.6 million contract award for 64 buildings with The City of Las Vegas and a contract award for 1.3 million square feet for the World Market Center with 12.7 million square feet at project completion. A significant accomplishment for Norma Jean was increasing revenues and the company portfolio by 40%.

Norma Jean's professional affiliations include BOMA, IFMA Nevada Chapter Past President and Board of Directors, NACOR, NAIOP, and USGBC.

Norma Jean earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Towson State University.
